As the psychedelic renaissance sweeps the mainstream, a cultural revolution is underway. 

The global consciousness is shifting and the tides are turning. 

As psychedelics become normalized by society and validated by science, more people than ever are taking the dive into the psychedelic realms. 

As such, more and more people are changing their understanding of self, the earth and the nature of reality itself. 

As this unfolds, we stand on the precipice of a global awakening unlike we have ever seen before. 

More than the medicines themselves—at the heart of this global awakening are the •WAYS in which these powerful medicines are being shared.

While Clinical Psychedelic Therapies offer the important grounding of regulated ethics, evidence-based psychologically oriented and trauma-informed care—it is the Shamanic Ceremony that offers the spirituality, ceremonies & rituals that are helping many people begin the process of returning to an earth-based spiritual way of life.

Unfortunately most trauma-informed clinical spaces are devoid of spirituality and skill in working with spiritual energies—AND—most earth-based rituals and most shamanic ceremonies are not trauma-informed and lack proper integration support!

One solution to this problem is to empower shamanic facilitators and earth-based ceremonialist to become trauma-informed!

As a Medicine Woman Therapist I am a bridge for earth-based spiritual practice  and the practices of modern psychology and counseling. 

My path of becoming a trauma therapist & multidimensional healer has always been intimately interwoven with my personal path of trauma healing & spiritual awakening.

When I began my Masters in Mental Health Counseling program in 2012, I unlocked a journey into my own psyche & body.

Through learning to be a counselor & being trained in mindfulness, I touched in on parts of me that had long been buried & dissociated.

At the same time, the more I dove into psychology, the more my philosophical predilection to quantum physics, nonduality & Buddhism evolved into embodied mystical & spiritual realization.

As I dove deeper into my healing journey—taking on the multidimensional process of healing from the complex sexual, emotional, psychological, physical & spiritual abuses I experienced for the first 25 years of my life—my path of personal & spiritual liberation continually informed my professional growth.

In 2016 (after I left my first PhD program) I was in a dark night of the soul. Seeking support, I found myself in my very first quantum energy healing session. This changed everything. I had a huge clearing in the session, & 3 days later it led to a profound life changing spiritual awakening. Two weeks after that, I turned down acceptance into another PhD program— & Spirit redirected me to the Shamanic path.

As soon as I began apprenticing & studying with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, I knew that the shamanic path was the path of my soul. Over the years I’ve had many different teachers in the shamanism & quantum healing (learn more here).

That path deepened for me when plant medicine first came to me in 2017 through 🍄 & a year later with Grandmother🌿.

I’ve journeyed deeply with many psychedelics since then. Psychedelics have been an integral part of my personal trauma healing journey. I’ve both experienced how healing medicine spaces can be—and how traumatizing they can be. A big determining factor has been the experience of having my trauma triggered in ceremony and how that was met or not met by those holding space for me.

After a particularly deep series of ceremonies that brought up visceral memories of early childhood sexual abuse, I realized first hand how deeply the integration process plays an absolutely pivotal role in trauma healing and best outcomes with psychedelics in general.

After experiencing a consistent lack of integration support from many different ceremonialaists I sat with over the years, I felt the need to be a part of helping create a culture of integration and trauma-informed care for psychedelics.

For the last 5 years, I have been supporting other psychonauts in the process of integration through 1:1 work, group integration circles, and as a part of medicine ceremonies.

As a Medicine Woman Therapist, I have also held a variety of ceremonial spaces, & have supported many others in holding ceremonial spaces as well. I have gotten to see a wide array of how issues related to trauma and mental health arise in the ceremony space—and what works and what doesn’t.

I am a Rainbow Bridge for Western Trauma-Informed Somatic Based Psychology, Shamanic Facilitation, & Quantum Sound Healing.

It is truly my passion to support people in doing the deep & profound multidimensional work of personal, ancestral, collective & cultural trauma healing in safe, ethical, integral and integrative containers.
